“Poutine is a dish of french fries and cheese curds topped with a hot brown gravy. It emerged in the Centre-du-Québec region of Quebec in the late 1950s”

I would house at least 3-4 of those pans in one sitting.

I think they need to wrap that in a tortilla, then bread it and deep fry it to make chimichangas. Then they need to slice the chimichangas and put the slices on a pizza, with more cheese. Then bake the pizza, cut up the pizza slices, and put each slice on a cheeseburger. Then they need to put the cheeseburgers on skewers and put them in a giant bloody mary with cheese, pork chops, cheese covered lobster tails, meatballs, cheese sticks, and bacon wrapped cheese…

If this isn’t acceptable, then I don’t want to be accepted.

Why can’t America have more places selling poutine!! I’m so jealous

whats poutine
shellevanczik
I’d like it with the soup already hot and then spooned over fresh fries, rather than baked. Baking it would make the fries too mushy.

Well poutine is a big hot mess anyway right, might as well be a big hot mess with lots of delicious onions on it. Better than the mystery gravy I sometimes see in New England, onion gravy or onion slush looks divine. Personally I’m not crazy about the over cheesiness of the melted crust that makes it look like chicken parmesan or something. I’d rather have the independent melted curds but the onion gravy steals the show I think

I mean all that happened was some onions were added. It looks delicious so I can’t see why people would have a problem

Poutine lovers, I have a question for you: the fries must be mushy, right? I like crisp fries. Do I not like poutine? I’ve never had it. I like of all these ingredients just maybe not together.

Only thing that’s bugging me is the grated mozzarella, I would have done a traditional gruyère to pair with the curds. Otherwise, as we say in the mother tongue: ça a l’air decalissant j’en veux douze esty

Unacceptable. So unacceptable, in fact, I’m gonna need you to tell me exactly where this is so I can report it to the authorities immediately. Disgraceful !

Yeah, I’ll accept this. Accept this right into my belly.
